Pop-up blockers can sometimes block pages that aren't spam or harmful. Try disabling it and try again.

The videos aren't coming out right. It seems as if the colors are off. Is there something wrong with my computer?
Your display settings are may be set to 256 colors. If it is then, change your display's settings to thousands/millions of colors or high color/16 bit in the control panel. Select "Display" or right-click on your desktop and select "Properties", once there, raise the settings. After you'll need to close and relaunch the browser to reset the colors settings. If problems presist then there might be a problem with your video hardware.

My browser gets error messages sometimes and crashes. What can I do to fix this?
Download the latest version of your browser or Internet Explorer here. And make sure you have all your updates.
